The SaaS landscape is loaded with companies offering niche technologies in the B2B space. Now, SaaS companies can focus more of their development funds and efforts on core competencies and outsource the rest. In most cases, a SaaS company can maintain control of customer-facing solutions by seamlessly integrating these technologies into their application with complete branding flexibility. For internal operations, plug and play technologies can give them amazing insight into where they should focus their energy for improved performance. This second session of the SaaS Business Model Series will focus on new, innovative strategies used to service, support, and operate a company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Learn from both early stage start-ups, who have fewer resources, and larger enterprises, the strategies and tactics they use to beat the competition including:

  • using new technologies to better serve customers,
  • the operational levers that are available for improving customer experience,
  • technologies key to onboarding, monitoring and satisfying customers,
  • how to think about the build vs. buy decision to gain a competitive advantage.
